Marc
Following in the long lineage of indispensible Fairlanes roadies, such as Virgil “Suge Knight / Oil Check / Verhellio” Dickerson, Tyler “guess what I did in the woods today” Kincade, Scott “no I won’t play bass in the Fairlanes” Kaplin, and most notably, Josh “un-filtered” Myers, Marc also brings to the table the fact that he does, indeed, double as the last of the Famous International Playboys. Like Jason, Marc also has proven solid mustache growing skills. Marc has been conned into accompanying the Fairlanes to Japan thinking that he will be taking pictures, video, and mostly enjoying the high echelon of the Fairlanes overseas success. He is poorly mistaken. Marc will be treated as the dreg of society, and will have to work very hard for no wage at all, just so he isn’t marooned in a small Japanese village somewhere. His duties will include, amongst other things: moving all equipment, luggage, etc. for the band, setting up equipment at the shows, drum tech, bass tech, guitar tech, beer boy, bitch boy, alarm clock, cigarette ashtray, and concierge. Marc was first introduced to the Fairlanes by childhood companion Scott Weigel. Over the years, Marc’s family have generously provided the Fairlanes with food, shelter, swimming pool, and spending cash, while Marc has done absolutely nothing, aside from heckling and poking fun at our foolish attempt to play music for a living. Part Canadian, he was recently kicked out or Canada under penal code 3253, section G “…for not being able to provide any kind of useful service to society...” Marc has been fooled into thinking some of his expenses will be picked up by the band, but we can assure you that they will not be.
